Shipping policy

At 4Yoo, all our products are handmade to order.
While we do also offer a small number of pre-made products directly off the shelf, we specialize in tailoring each product to meet the needs and preferences of each individual.

While we always strive to complete every order ASAP, we recommend that you place your order 2-3 days in advance (2-3weeks for larger quantity orders)

Due to the nature of grass products, there may be a risk of cutting or damage during delivery. We will write the phrase 'FRAGILE' on the delivery box to prevent this. Insurance is not included to keep costs down, please advise us if you would prefer to add on insurance.

Additional shipping fee might be charged depending on region and bulk orders.
