Refund policy

  • At 4Yoo, we take pride in delivering our products to your door as decribed. If you received an item which has been damaged during delivery, please inform us within 3 days and we will happily offer an exchange or refund. 
  • At 4Yoo, our utmost priority is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their orders. We will happily offer replacement, exchange or refund for any product that is not meeting the order specifications.
  • Candles and Diffusers which have been scented cannot be restored to its original state. We do not offer exchange or refund due to a simple change of mind.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We do not offer exchange or refund for products which have been uesed.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
